In Persian cuisine, rice is one of the most important dishes, in a lot of households, it’s consumed on a daily basis.
There are 3 main ways to cook rice in the Persian cuisine; Polo, Kateh, and Dami. Today I’m going to show you how to cook polo. I’m telling you all the tips and tricks that my mom showed me so if you follow closely it’s going to be great.
The only thing I will mention is please be careful when you need to cover the pot’s lid with a cloth and make sure it’s secure and you’re having an eye on it.

I love gyro and I’ve always been looking for a way to cook it at home. I tried a few different recipes but none of them was as good as what you get in a regular store. it took me a few tries to get to this recipe, but the wait was worth it. This is a fairly easy recipe to make and I promise you, you won’t get enough of this.
You can make a plate out of this or the more common way of wrapping it in flatbread or pitta and serve it as a sandwich.

Tzatziki has many different versions and recipes, it varies from one place to another. Countries like Turkey, Balkans, and Cyprus have their own version of this delicious sauce but this is my favorite. You can serve it with meat or chicken. It’s really refreshing and a very healthy sauce to add to your food.
